How far do we travel?
The simple answer to this is that there is no limit to where we will travel. We have covered wedding all over the Country/Europe. Being based in Cornwall is no problem. Many of our clients book us from telephone conversations rather that travelling to meet us and to others its important to meet with us, either way it presents no problem, every client is different. We include travel costs for weddings in Devon and Cornwall and discuss travel cost for weddings outside of these counties. We also travel throughout Europe by agreement.
What style of photographers are we?
Now this is a tricky one! We would say that we are a mix of reportage/journalistic with some traditional thrown in. In short we have our own style. Some photographers refuse to do group shots, whilst others refuse posed pictures. Whilst in the main we take natural shots of people enjoying their day we also realise that to many, group shots are an important record they would like to have. We discuss with our clients what they like and work with them to provide this.
Do we do albums?
Yes we do. We are able to provide a huge range of albums from Story Book to Contemporary and Modern. Included in our pricing is the design of your chosen album and once completed it is emailed to you to view the layout prior to approval and order. We find that this gives our clients the opportunity to work with us in 'tweaking' the layout until it is perfect.
Do we provide digital enhancement?
We digitally enhance every picture we provide you with to ensure the highest quality image possible. This can be as simple as a change of contrast or saturation to 'cloning' unwanted objects from an image. We are also able to 'Airbrush'. This is a technique used by fashion photographers to smooth the skin of an individual and when done properly gives the impression of flawless skin. It is a handy technique for getting rid of the last minute blemish (spot) that waits until your wedding day to appear!
Do we do black and whites in our price?
We do indeed! We capture all of your images in colour, but are able to convert to black and white, and often provide a colour and a black and white version of a shot if it lends itself to both. We discuss with our clients their preferences as to what they want from us. We love black and white work due to its mood and timeless feel which you have seen on our site.
