Eloise And Chris's Wedding At The Carbis Bay Hotel - 06/02/12

Eloise and Chris's wedding on the 4th of February was my first one back in 2012, and what a way to start!

The weather really wasn't kind to us, with drizzle/rain all day, but this didn't dampen the spirits of Eloise and Chris one bit, and their friends and family were in celebration mood too.

The Carbis Bay Hotel is a super venue and big thanks go to Victoria and her team for looking after proceedings (and me!) so well.

2011 - Another Whirlwind Year! - 10/01/12

As 2012 starts its really nice for me to be able to take a moment out and look back over a super eventful year here at Christian Michael. The wedding season seems to start earlier and earlier as each year goes by, and come February we were out most weekends shooting tons of images. In fact 2011 was our busiest year to date, and with weddings further afield than ever, our fuel bill was looking more and more expensive!

Jenny And Ian's Wedding At The Glendorgal Hotel - 14/12/11

I've know Ian for about 3 years having played in a band called The Harry Peanut Show together for a while. It was during this time that I got to know Jenny, and after their engagement last Christmas I was honoured to be asked to document their wedding. Hayley And Tom At The Great Barn - 14/12/11

Early November saw us head to The Great Barn a few miles outside of Exeter. Its a wonderful location that i've had the pleasure of shooting at before, but its always lovely to come back to.

We'd been in contact with Hayley and Tom plenty of times prior to their wedding day, and the day was planned to perfection with lots of little highlights throughout the day, from the amazing flowers (Hayley is a florist!) colour coordinated ties/socks/sashes/tables, sparklers and fireworks!!

Andrea And Chris's Wedding At Bovey Castle - 14/12/11

I was truly honoured to be asked to document Andrea and Chris's Wedding at Bovey Castle not just because its such an important day to any couple, but because Andrea and Chris had no guests at all!

Despite the weather starting off really lovely it soon deteriorated and made it quite a challenge to get some shots outside. Luckily there were the occasional breaks in the rain, and with an interior as impressive as they come, it wasn't hard to get some amazing shots.
