Natasha and Grant at the Fort. - 28/07/09
This wedding was only booked about 9 months ago and we had never met the couple until the big day, where they revealed that they had planned all their wedding in this time. All credit to them it was a great day!
Grant was a super relaxed groom, and Natasha was a pleasure to photograph despite not being too keen to have many taken!
Weddings at Polhawn Fort are always a challenge as the light is very low in most of the rooms, and its difficult to find a big space for group shots should it rain, which thankfully it didn't!!
The day was really relaxed and informal from Champagne on the lawn to a Hog Roast and possibly the biggest Paella we'd ever seen this side of Madrid!
Usually for weddings at Polhawn we like to venture down to the private beach for photos but this time the tide was right in and this wasn't possible, but luckily there are plenty of places to take gorgeous photos around the Fort.
The happy couple chose a local Ska band, Rudi's Message to play out the night and i'm sure Grant got to enjoy his wedding Cigar!
Natasha and Grant are such lovely people and have a great group of friends, despite some being Northerners (its ok guys we're joking!!) and we wish them all the very best for the future.
