COVID-19 STATEMENT

In light of the coronavirus, we just want to reassure our clients that we are staying updated on the latest information from the WHO, relevant authorities and our insurance company.

With immediate effect the following practices will be put in place.

▪️avoidance of travel to outbreak hotspots.

▪️social distancing by holding meetings online instead of in person. This will also include postponement of engagement sessions where possible for the foreseeable future.

▪️maintaining good hand hygiene.

▪️swapping hugs and hand shakes for a friendly wave.

We have had a few clients already contact us to postpone their wedding, and should you need to change the date of your wedding please let us know as soon as possible so we can work on rescheduling to a date that works for everyone. As this is a terrible time for everyone, we are of course happy to work with you to figure out the best next steps.

Some members of our household are immunocompromised and we kindly ask if you experience symptoms after seeking relevant help from national guidance, you contact us ASAP should your event be taking place imminently.

We would also advise that you check any insurance policies you have regarding your wedding/event to ensure you are covered for any situations that may arise with the ever changing guidelines from our government. If you are yet to appoint an insurance company, we strongly recommend this is done ASAP.

As a result of 2020 postponements, we do have some last minute availability for this season and dates will be published on our website in due course.

If you have any questions of concerns regarding your wedding, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

All the best,
Christian and Sam
